Jazz & Tapas Service

To complement the free concerts presented on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights (from September to July), Jimmy Glass offers its Jazz & Tapas service between 21.30 h and 23.30 h. The menu of select tapas ranges from the most traditional to the most innovative combinations of ingredients. A varied assortment of wines from different denominations of origin is also available.

The selections include a warm montadito combining five types of mushroom in a Montilla sherry reduction with foie gras in Armagnac brandy and orange confit; eggplant with Teruel ham, goat’s cheese and fried pine nuts on raisin bread; tuna tataki with wakame seaweed and cucumber with aromatic herb oil and sesame seeds; and authentic white tuna belly (bonito del norte) with red piquillo peppers and anchovies from Santoña. Jimmy Glass also offers the traditional Valencian coca (flatbread) topped by vegetables or a combination of aubergine, goat’s cheese and bacon.
